Estimator/Project Manager

A growing steel subcontractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in structural steel and miscellaneous metals to manage projects from estimating through completion. Responsibilities: Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive bids. Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. Manage projects from award through fabrication, erection, and closeout. Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, fabricators, and field teams. Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and RFIs. Monitor costs, procurement, and overall project performance. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in structural steel estimating and/or project management. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, or estimating software is a plus.
