Derrick Hand We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Derrick Hand to join our drilling crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires travel and overtime. What We Offer

- Assist with rig setup, teardown, and rig moves.
- Pick up and lay down drill pipe and drill collars.
- Make connections and trips and latch elevators onto pipe.
- Operate pumps and assist with drilling mud circulation.
- Mix mud, maintain pumps, clean pits, and service equipment.
- Assist with mechanical repairs and routine rig maintenance.
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures.
- Previous drilling/oilfield experience preferred .
- Construction, mechanical, or other heavy hands-on experience considered.
- Crew lead experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work.
- Must be willing to travel and work overtime/extended hours.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
