Graphic Design / Customer Care

Lush Banners & Lush Displays is hiring a long-term, full-time Graphic Design / Customer Care team member for a fast-paced office in Richmond, TX (onsite). In this role, you’ll support customers from first contact through artwork preparation, quality checks, and follow-through on orders, while also contributing to marketing and design-related tasks. You’ll work closely with a team that values responsiveness, accuracy, and good communication. The position is designed for someone who can balance customer inquiries with production details, supported by comprehensive on-the-job training for artwork-related processes. What you’ll do Assist customers with creating printing artwork as required, with comprehensive job training provided. Review artwork file quality, correct defects, and provide proof to customers. Follow up on sales leads and provide solutions. Handle customer inquiries by answering phone calls, online chat, and email. Pack and ship packages in a timely manner as required. Monitor turnaround times and resolve product or service issues promptly, identifying and addressing customer satisfaction concerns. Seasonally support marketing, warehouse, or customer relationship tasks as assigned. Create templates, images, and videos; help update website product listings and social media content. Periodically suggest improvements to products and service quality and recommend potential offerings to management based on customer needs. Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes while maintaining effective team relationships. What you bring Positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Highly organized with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail. Good working skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are required. Ability to perform in a multitasking, fast-paced office environment. 1-2 years of customer service, sales and marketing, and/or customer retention experience is preferred. Experience in marketing, video, multimedia, eCommerce, advertising agency, sign installation, printing shop, or graphic design is a big plus. Spanish, French, or Chinese is a plus.
