New Business Account Manager - Greater NY City Metro area

Description
Become the first sales hire at a high-growth, venture-backed startup delivering rapid at-home diagnostics (Flu, COVID-19, STD panels). You'll own national B2B partnerships-pharmacies, retailers, public-health agencies, universities, digital-health platforms, Distributors-building a pipeline from scratch, closing multi-site deals, and shaping the go-to-market playbook. Expect full autonomy, direct access to leadership, and uncapped upside as you scale revenue and lay the foundation for a future sales team.

Requirements

2 + yrs of experience selling to any or all of the following: Universities, Public Health Facilites, Distribution like Mckesson, Carndinal, etc.
Proven hunter who builds pipelines, shifts market share, and exceeds targets
Strategic thinker who can draft a sales plan and roll up sleeves to execute it
Startup DNA-adaptable, self-directed, thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree and ability to travel to key accounts & industry events
