As we continue to grow throughout the Seattle area, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help elevate our brand and connect with homeowners across multiple digital platforms. Position Summary Bath Center is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute engaging social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build meaningful relationships with our audience. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-driven, and experienced in creating compelling content for home improvement, remodeling, or lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and customer testimonials. Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas. Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote campaigns, events, and special offers. Capture project photos and videos showcasing completed bathroom remodels and customer success stories. Track key performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
