Relationship Banker

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately process cash transactions and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Handle cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Communicates effectively and confidently with all clients. Efficiently manages time and capacity, focusing on results. Available to work weekends and/or extended hours, including any reasonable financial center location. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Minimum six months of cash‑handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, or finance). Pay Hourly rate: $25.00 – $26.77, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
