Seeking a motivated and dynamic Employee Benefits (EB) Producer to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, evaluating client needs, and presenting tailored benefits solutions to small and midsize groups. Compensation Package Base Salary: Competitive, up to $90,000, with flexibility based on experience and preferences. Commission: 50% on new business, 25% on renewals. Bonuses: Up to 12% of salary. Benefits: $690 monthly contribution towards health insurance (covers base plans for medical, dental, and vision). 3 weeks of PTO to start, with an additional day for each year of service. Responsibilities Identify and develop personal sales goals to drive business growth. Evaluate client needs and present customized benefits solutions for small to midsize groups (up to 100 lives, occasionally up to 200). Successfully acquire new customers and expand the agency's portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with a professional sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. Occasionally assist with servicing duties, including quoting new and renewal business. Generate leads independently, with some referral-based business provided. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (sales experience preferred but not required). Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Adaptability and a positive attitude.
