Reentry Case Manager - Evidence-Based Support

The GEO Group, Inc.

GEO Reentry Services LLC in Houston seeks a dedicated case manager to support residents by developing program plans, managing caseloads, and applying evidence-based practices. You will work under supervision with the Facility Director and ensure adherence to What Works principles. The role trains and assists junior staff, coordinates with Job Developers to verify employment, and maintains confidential files while promoting safety, rehabilitation, and successful community re-entry. #J-18808-Ljbffr The GEO Group, Inc.
