Our mission is simple: "Simple Shipping, Easy Freight."Program OverviewThe Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in developing a career in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations. Over a structured 1–6 month rotational program, trainees will gain hands-on experience across multiple functional areas within our distribution centers. Participants will work alongside experienced logistics professionals while developing operational, analytical, and leadership skills essential for a successful career in supply chain management. Rotations may include:Returns ProcessingInbound ReceivingInventory ControlWarehouse OperationsQuality AssuranceFulfillment & ShippingTransportation CoordinationOperations SupportKey ResponsibilitiesReturns & Reverse LogisticsProcess customer returns accurately and efficiently.Inspect returned products for condition, quality, and compliance.Sort, label, repackage, and disposition returned merchandise according to company procedures.Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and escalate issues appropriately.Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of return transactions.Warehouse OperationsAssist with inbound receiving, unloading, and put-away activities.Support inventory management and stock accuracy initiatives.Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations.Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and operations teams.Support daily operational reporting and performance tracking.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Assist supervisors with special projects and operational assignments.Safety & ComplianceFollow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures.Maintain compliance with quality standards and inventory control requirements.Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree (completed)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Office applications.Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple operational functions.PreferredInternship or prior experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms.Experience working with inventory management processes.Bilingual abilities (English and Mandarin preferred but not required).Comfortable working in a warehouse and distribution center environment.What You'll GainHands-on experience in a global logistics and supply chain organization.Exposure to end-to-end warehouse and distribution center operations.Structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals.Career development opportunities within supply chain, logistics, and operations management.Potential advancement into roles such as: Team Lead, and Operations Supervisors etc.Work LocationsTrainees may be assigned to and rotate between our facilities in:Buford, GeorgiaPort Wentworth, GeorgiaPooler, GeorgiaLocated near the major logistics hubs of Atlanta and Savannah, these facilities provide valuable exposure to domestic and international supply chain operations.
