Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow in food manufacturing? We are seeking a Material Prep Technician to help prepare raw materials, operate processing equipment, support quality control activities, and ensure safe, efficient production operations. Position openings on Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts.

What You'll Do -
Receive, prepare, and process raw materials for production.
Operate and monitor automated and manual processing equipment.
Collect product samples and support quality control activities.
Maintain accurate production and material tracking records.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Work closely with production and technical teams to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For -
High school diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing experience preferred, especially in food production.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.

Physical Requirements -
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and work throughout an active production shift.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, humidity levels, and production environments.
