Job Description Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of ground-up public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs using Procore Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and public agencies to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes to maintain financial control Help develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, safety standards, and contract documents Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and assist with issue resolution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
