Procurement Analyst

Pay: $33–35.08/hour

Location: 100% Remote (PST hours)

Contract: 6–9 months

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support indirect procurement operations within a fast-paced, data-driven organization. This role focuses on optimizing non-inventory spend, improving procurement processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency and value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Finance, to support sourcing, contract management, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities for indirect goods and services, including supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract review, and onboarding
• Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Assist with sourcing initiatives such as RFPs and RFIs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate procurement strategies
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activity, supplier data, and contracts in internal systems, leveraging tools to improve efficiency and data quality
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot procurement-related issues and escalate risks as needed
• Stay up to date on procurement tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of experience in indirect (non-inventory) procurement, ideally supporting operations or facilities categories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with procurement or contract management systems (any platform)
• Exposure to categories such as services, technology, facilities, or marketing procurement
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or automation concepts
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
