Physical Therapist (North Mobile County)

Saad Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your expertise will contribute to improving mobility, function, and overall well-being for the patients in the North Mobile County  area . 

Territory 

Chickasaw, Saraland, Satsuma, Creola, Citronelle, Axis, Chunchula, Bucks, Mount Vernon, Calvert and PRN up to Jackson, AL

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document accurately.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Weekend rotation every 8th weekend

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Home health experience is desired not required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
