Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust. Guide clients through important decisions with confidence and care. Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and text. Stay organized and proactive in managing follow-ups and opportunities. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure every client feels valued. Continuously grow your knowledge and confidence in State Farm products and services.

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust quickly. Someone who is naturally empathetic, dependable, and proactive. A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and outcomes. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow.

Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain). Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain). Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.

Competitive base + commission + bonus structure. Realistic earning potential of $75,000$100,000+, with high performers earning $100,000$125,000+. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any applicable licensing and training requirements. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
