Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead meaningful group sessions where clients can share experiences and support one another under your guidance. You'll create a safe environment for open dialogue that inspires connection and understanding. \n
- Individual Counseling: Provide tailored and empathetic counseling to clients, focusing on their unique thoughts, feelings, and behavioral challenges. Help them develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and aspirations. \n
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track client progress, ensuring that you can adjust therapeutic approaches in response to their evolving needs. \n
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, consisting of clinicians and support staff, maintaining regular communication to coordinate client care effectively. \n
- Empowerment Initiatives: Empower clients and their families by equipping them with the tools and insights necessary for overcoming challenges and achieving their recovery goals. \n
This role focuses on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30, who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our client base can include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By tailoring your approach to this specific age group, you will help them cultivate resilience and develop effective coping mechanisms, fostering a path toward recovery.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Education: A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory to practice in Colorado. \n
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, particularly working with young adults, is expected to ensure effective client engagement and treatment. \n
