Responsibilities

• Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness.
• Process pay-off checks and ACH transactions for trades and purchases.
• Work with finance and sales managers to expedite car deal processing.
• Generate and maintain commission reports.
• Process title work as needed.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must learn quickly and work within time constraints.
• Strong ethics is a must, position requires knowledge of sensitive information.
• Attention to detail with ability to take direction.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and Dealership management systems.
• Automotive experience preferred.
