As an Applebee's Cook, you will contribute to making our menu items memorable and ensure a great guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team and communicate effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and cook restaurant menu items to deliver quality and consistency. Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen area and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Help ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Applebee’s Cooks start at $15 to $25 per hour. Competitive wages (plus tips). Flexible schedule, daily pay, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and a clear career path. Physical Standards Ability to remain stationary and to move for extended periods up to four hours. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, bend, and perform typical kitchen activities. Ability to wear protective gear and work with cleaning/disinfecting supplies throughout the shift.
