The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing technical issues, effectively communicating with both technicians and customers, and managing service appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust with customers while maintaining dealership standards. Key Responsibilities Assess technical issues presented by customers and communicate them clearly to the service technicians. Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle repairs, service options, and status updates. Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently, including service orders and payments. Efficiently manage multiple service appointments and workflow to maximize productivity. Build and maintain trust with customers by providing transparent and honest service advice. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Follow up with each repair to inform customers of progress and completion. Keep management informed on all repair orders and service activities. Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in accordance with dealership standards. Work collaboratively as a team player with technicians, management, and other staff. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong ability to assess and understand technical vehicle issues. Excellent communication skills with both technicians and customers. Proven ability to conduct transactions accurately and efficiently. Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple appointments simultaneously. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
