Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (Remote)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution
• Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle invoicing related to depositions
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and advance matters toward resolution
• Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls
• Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Contribute positively to the workplace and lead non-attorneys by example
• Participate in team events during and after work hours
• Provide feedback to management to enhance firm performance for clients

About You

The company is looking for:

• California State Bar admitted attorneys, preferably residing in California
• Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Doctors’ deposition experience preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good standing with the California State Bar

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
