Job Description Greet customers in person and by phone Direct customers to appropriate services in person and by phone Schedule meetings Data entry Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred. Professional demeaner and customer service friendly. Bilingual ability to speak and read in English. Bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or customer service is a plus. Must have strong computer literacy and data entry skills. Experience working with CRM systems highly desired. Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
