Pre-Fabrication Coordinator

Location: Lincoln, NE

We're seeking a Pre-Fabrication Coordinator ! If you enjoy thinking ahead, solving problems, helping crews succeed, and keeping projects organized, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll help prepare materials, coordinate prefab work, and support project teams behind the scenes to keep jobs moving efficiently from start to finish.

What You'll Do

·         Coordinate and support prefab activities across multiple projects.

·         Lead and support the prefab crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

·         Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams to plan manpower, materials, and deliveries.

·         Review project drawings and specifications to identify prefab opportunities.

·         Organize and maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and materials.

·         Lead daily prefab huddles and help keep the team aligned on priorities and goals.

·         Promote safe work practices and company standards while supporting continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

·         Strong organizational and planning skills.

·         Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and electrical submittals.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work with field teams, office staff, general contractors, and other trades.

·         Understanding of commercial or industrial electrical installation practices.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore.

·         OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

·         Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or trade school program is a plus.

·         Leadership experience or the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.

·         DOT certification is a plus.
