Pay Rate: $19

Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lite Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small, lightweight components, electronic devices, or mechanical parts according to precise blueprints, diagrams, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate possesses strong manual dexterity, a steady hand, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, or work orders to build products accurately.

Hand & Power Tool Operation: Use small hand tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, pliers) and light power tools/equipment safely and efficiently.

Quality Control: Inspect finished assemblies and individual parts for defects, damages, or discrepancies against quality standards.

Material Handling: Sort, measure, and prepare components prior to assembly; maintain an organized and clean workstation.

Documentation: Complete production logs, tracking sheets, and inventory counts accurately as required.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

Ability to read and interpret basic written instructions, diagrams, and part numbers.

Basic math skills for measuring and counting parts.
