Number of Beds - 854 • Number of Staff - 120 • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 15-20 RRTs for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Peds service lines o Night Shift - 12-16 RRTs for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Peds service lines • Patient Ratios - 10 - 25 • Type of equipment - GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices. • EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • North Carolina Respiratory License • RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist • BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. • NRP • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • • Best personality Fit: • REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • RRT Floating Area(s): • All Critical Care units and floors Dress Code : • Scrub Color- Medium Gray/Pewter Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Weekends and On call(if any) • Varying weekends (at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).
