Accountabilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and client-related processes, ensuring requests and activities are handled accurately and within expected timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational questions, follow up on open items, and maintain effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee, client, and operational information across relevant systems and documentation.
• Monitor workflows, identify issues or process gaps, and help implement practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and service quality.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding requests, updates, requirements, and next steps.
• Contribute to consistent processes, documentation, and operational practices that support a positive client and employee experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR operations, people operations, client operations, HR administration, or a related operational support function.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable working with HR, business, and operational systems and learning new tools and processes as needed.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify issues, ask appropriate questions, and contribute to process improvements.
