You Have: 3+ years of experience with data governance 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning tools Experience with data analytics and presenting findings to leadership Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Ability to lead and mentor across varied technical teams Ability to manage resource allocation, team workload, and project prioritization Ability to stay up to date with the latest software development and data management technologies and methodologies Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Possession of excellent project management skills TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred; Master's degree in a STEM field a plus PMP, AWS, ITIL, or CSM Certification Security+ CE Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
