Senior Financial AnalystA client of The 4324 Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in the Chicagoland area. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights and support to drive informed decision-making and contribute to the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.Participate in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
