Phlebotomist I – Holicong, PA Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM, rotational weekends. Pay range: $17.20+ per hour. Salary determined by skills, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Eligible for annual performance bonus. Administer oral solutions following training. Verify written and electronic orders and confirm client information using lab technology systems. Enter data accurately on a computer; billing and payment collection as required. Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport as per test order. Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and email usage. Read, understand, and follow departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. Assist in compiling and submitting statistics and data. Maintain phlebotomy logs (e.g., maintenance logs, temperature logs) promptly. Complete online and in‑person training courses on time. Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA). Work Experience: One year phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
