About the Role
The Company is seeking a Strategy and Commercial Executive Director for Cell Therapy. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in shaping and driving the end-to-end strategy for a specific indication or disease area within cell therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global commercial and strategic initiatives, including business development and competitive intelligence, and will work closely with therapeutic areas on clinical strategy. Key accountabilities include delivering a clear strategic vision, integrated clinical strategy, and competitive portfolio management. The role also involves overseeing the development of industry-leading competitive intelligence and shaping future-proofed strategies for differentiated brands and business development opportunities. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a BA/BS with 10 years' experience, an MS/MBA with 8 years, or a PhD/MD with 5 years' experience in life sciences or a consulting firm with a focus on life science programs. Basic qualifications include the ability to interact effectively with senior executive teams, lead and influence professionals, and think critically and creatively. Preferred qualifications include strong analytical, communication, and business acumen skills, as well as a background in the pharmaceutical business and experience in strategic planning. The role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize in a fast-growing organization and a proven track record of operational effectiveness and financial acumen.
