Litigation Paralegal

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, and settlement agreements Organize and manage case files, medical records, and other relevant documents Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with clients Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court filings Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Manage deadlines and ensure timely responses to discovery and court requirements Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Paralegal certificate or degree preferred Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience Paralegal: 1 year (Required) Medical records: 1 year (Preferred) Personal injury law: 1 year (Required) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
