Building Supervisor - Wrigley Rooftops

Job Summary Levy Sector – Building Supervisor Department: Wrigley Rooftops Pay Range: $24.00/hr The Building Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service at the Wrigley Rooftops. This station is located across the street from Wrigley Field and offers an all-inclusive food buffet and bar service to up to 225 guests during Chicago Cubs home games and special events. This is a seasonal, non‑tipped position requiring a strict focus on safety, sanitation, and guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Properly open and close a rooftop venue. Supervise up to ten staff members daily. Assist guests and hosts to ensure a memorable experience. Assist in training new staff. Enforce Wrigley Rooftops rules and regulations. Ensure daily adherence to safety and sanitation regulations. Qualified Candidates Must Be Able To Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Climb up and down up to seven flights of stairs. Stand for extended periods. Work indoors and outdoors. Engage guests in a personable and friendly manner. Stay organized. Be available for all Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field. Qualifications and Education Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. College degree preferred. Experience with events and/or catering preferred. Valid City of Chicago Food Service Manager Certification. Valid ServSafe Alcohol and Food Handlers Certifications. Clean and presentable appearance.
