Proposal Specialist - ONSITE

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Proposals Specialist to manage contract acquisition and fulfillment with customers. The role involves scoping manufacturing estimates, coordinating statements of work, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate manufacturing budget estimates and statements of work with required approvals
Collect client inputs and present proposals to understand requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams on supporting documentation
Act as liaison between clients and operations/quality teams on business alignment
Support internal operational requests as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
2+ years of client-facing role experience
Scientific expertise in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, protein biochemistry
Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply critical thinking
Experience in highly regulated industries preferred
