Under the direction of the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, the Quality Coordinator supports the organization's quality, patient experience, and performance improvement efforts through data management and reporting, quality system administration, process improvement, and patient relations. The Quality Coordinator manages assigned quality data systems and reporting processes, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and timely delivery of quality, patient experience, patient-reported outcome, and regulatory data. This position analyzes and translates data into meaningful information to support organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams, the Quality Coordinator participates in process improvement initiatives by supporting data analysis, workflow evaluation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of improvement efforts. This position also supports patient relations by facilitating timely, compassionate, and effective resolution of patient concerns while helping identify opportunities for system-level improvement. This is a full-time opportunity based at our Corporate Office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday schedule of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (subject to change). Once fully trained, hybrid schedule is available. Specifics will be discussed with manager. Coordinates recurring and ad-hoc quality reporting to support organizational performance, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational decision making. Develops, maintains, validates, analyzes, and distributes assigned quality reports and dashboards using organizational databases and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery. Supports the administration and maintenance of quality reporting systems and applications, including Press Ganey, Ortech, PowerBI, and other related platforms. Assists with system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, workflow maintenance, and vendor coordination as appropriate. Monitors the accuracy and integrity of quality data by performing routine data evaluation, identifying discrepancies, investigating potential causes, and escalating or collaborating on solutions as needed. Participates in quality and process improvement initiatives by supporting data collection and analysis, workflow evaluation, implementation of improvement strategies, and ongoing measurements of outcomes. Collaborates with physicians, operational leaders, clinic staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support organizational quality initiatives, reporting needs, and effective use of quality data. Supports patient relations activities, including receiving and documenting patient concerns, communicating with patients and internal stakeholders, coordinating follow-up, and assisting with timely resolution in accordance with organizational policies and established processes. Maintains confidentiality and appropriately handles sensitive patient, quality, regulatory, and organizational information. Performs other duties, as assigned. Summit's hiring range for this position is $27.47 to $34.34 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Qualifications Education Masters (preferred) Bachelors of Health Administration (required) Experience National Association for Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is preferred. (preferred) 2 years: Minimum of two years' healthcare experience working with healthcare data, reporting, or analytical process responsibilities required.
