If you take pride in your work and enjoy making spaces shine, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of commercial glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to achieve optimal results.Inspect glass surfaces for damage or wear and report findings to management.Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.Work independently and manage time efficiently to meet client expectations.Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.Requirements:Previous experience in commercial cleaning or glass cleaning preferred.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Physical ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment as needed.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.About Us:Office Pride of Fayetteville-Bentonville is one of the best places to work in Northwest Arkansas, and provides top-notch commercial cleaning services.
