What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-volume Level III NICU supporting critically ill and premature newborns
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, nursery pediatricians, and research nurses in a multidisciplinary team
• Manage stabilization, ongoing treatment planning, and intensive care for complex neonatal patients
• Participate in clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
• Support families and provide education to caregivers
• Engage in a dynamic, growing program committed to excellence and innovation
• Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives within the NICU

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal or pediatric critical care experience (preferred but not mandatory for new graduates)
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts

• Neonatal Nurse Certification
• Previous experience in a Level III NICU or similar high-acuity environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
