Open Position: Whole School Drama Teacher (K-12) Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above in Performing Arts, Music, Theatre, Dance, Education (with a focus on arts education), or a related field
-Minimum 3 years of experience teaching performing arts to students across the K-12 spectrum
-Recognised teaching certification preferred
-Strong organisational and technological skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with faculty, students, and parents from diverse backgrounds
-Strong English speaker ability required; linguistic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable
-Demonstrated expertise in assessing students' artistic development and performance skills, tailoring instructional methods to nurture individual talents, and maintaining comprehensive records of student progress
-Ability to inspire and actively engage students in the performing arts through dynamic, creative activities that foster collaboration, self-expression, resilience, and personal growth What's on offer:
-Monthly Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 RMB (inclusive of housing allowance), based on qualifications and experience
-10,000 RMB annual flight allowance
