Description

We are seeking a Residential Nurse to join our team.

Starting Salary Range: $66,560 - $72,800

Schedule: Tuesday Saturday 12:00pm 8:00pm

This role will deliver, coordinate, communicate, and/or track medical care / treatment, medication, and dental services. The nursing department works as part of a larger integrated healthcare team which includes transportation, therapy, case management, and milieu team members.

What You Will Do

• Respond to an injury or illness of client as needed.
• Assess, monitor, and treat clients.
• Schedule medical, dental, eye, and lab appointments of youth in compliance with guidelines and expectations.
• Respond to any crisis in the facility.
• Assist in transporting clients to appointments as needed.
• May perform EKG's, blood draws, and other laboratory tests as needed.
• Maintaining client medical records along with accurate and timely charting.
• Participate in medication cart audits and inventory as well as medication reviews.
• Accurately packing and passing out medications.
• Teaching medication certification classes.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following:

• Licensure Requirement: Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
• A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
