This Company has been recognized as a leader of digital marketing in Japan and is expanding their business in the U.S. It is an exciting opportunity as you will get to establish the company in a start-up environment and help some Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. expand their business in Japan using the latest technology in digital marketing. Main responsibilities include: Provide consultation to clients on how to expand their business in Japan using some of the latest digital marketing technology. Create proposals for clients. Manage each project and successfully complete them by setting deadlines, communicating with Engineering & Media teams in Japan, and reporting to clients on the progress. Analyze data to evaluate the performance. People Management Requirements: Must be bilingual in Japanese/English (both above business level in speaking/reading/writing). Digital Marketing knowledge and/or experience 3+ years of experience working for a marketing/advertising agency or experience with marketing/PR in a creative field. 3+ years of experience working as a paid search/display and social ads consultant. Prior experience with leading multiple projects. Strong analytical skills. People management experience is a plus. Able to go on US domestic and international business trips.
