We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our growing engineering organization in California. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the entire software lifecycle—from designing robust architecture to deploying and maintaining production systems—while collaborating across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern full stack technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in Californiaand India to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry-standard best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, scalability, and reliability across the entire stack.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and microservices to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects reported by internal teams or end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology selections, and the overall technical roadmap of the product.
• Build reusable code components and libraries to streamline future development efforts.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and deployment procedures to support seamless collaboration.
• Support on-call rotations to ensure system availability and respond to production incidents across geographically distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products or features.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs as well as working with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including deployment and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed, multicultural teams across time zones.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global engineering teams—especially in India—or contributing to cross-regional product initiatives is a strong plus.
