As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the daily functions of the showroom, warehouse, and administrative teams. Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist Location: Anderson Pay Range: 17 Shift: 1st What’s the Job? Provide administrative support for daily office, showroom, and warehouse operations Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with product inquiries and order status Maintain accurate customer records, inventory reports, and vendor information Greet showroom customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate representative Support sales, accounting, and operations teams with administrative tasks and special projects What’s Needed? Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in retail, flooring, construction materials, or distribution Experience with order processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills What’s in it for me?
