In this role, you will spend the majority of your day on the phone speaking with warm prospects, guiding conversations, and closing deals .

Whether you already have sales experience or are confident in your ability to learn quickly, we provide paid, hands-on training to teach you our sales process, systems, and services.

This is not a passive or behind-the-scenes role. It is a fast-paced, high-performance phone sales position where your income is directly tied to your ability to communicate, build trust, and close.

Compensation

• Average annual earnings of $60,000+
• Top performers consistently earn $100,000+
• Uncapped commission, your income scales with your performance

About the Role (Please Read)

This is a high-activity phone sales role focused on closing. You will spend the majority of your day speaking with prospects, running structured consultations, and converting interest into enrolled clients.

You will be working with warm leads only, individuals who have already reached out requesting help with credit or debt solutions. There is no cold calling .

Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, the ability to guide conversations, and a willingness to ask for the sale.

If you are not comfortable being on the phone, handling objections, and closing consistently, this position will not be a fit.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Call and receive calls from warm inbound leads
• Run structured phone consultations from start to close
• Take control of conversations and guide prospects to a decision
• Educate clients on credit repair, debt settlement, and related services
• Review financial situations and recommend the best solution
• Present offers and enroll new clients
• Follow up with prospects to move deals forward
• Track activity, notes, and pipeline inside our CRM
• Offer additional services such as credit monitoring
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets

Training & Support

We provide paid training to help you succeed, including:

• Sales scripts and call structure
• Product and service knowledge
• Compliance and industry guidelines
• CRM and dialing systems

You will be supported, but performance is expected. This is a results-driven environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required if you are highly coachable
• Debt settlement sales experience is a strong plus
• Background in credit repair, mortgage, financial services, or high-ticket sales is preferred
• Ability to handle objections and stay in control of conversations
• Comfortable spending most of the day on calls
• Motivated by commission, competition, and performance
• Self-driven, accountable, and goal-oriented
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
