Shift 1st 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities Perform maintenance on electric forklifts, lp gas lifts, sweepers, scrubbers, wrapping machines, mechanical doors, conveyor systems, and other equipment assigned Inspect, adjust and replace safety devices/mechanisms, etc. and damaged and wearable parts Assist in any project related to maintaining the facilities Attend and successfully complete any training as assigned by management Records and enters data into computer Assist other mechanics in other technical areas as needed Perform maintenance on MDI warehouse powered door curtains and conveyor systems Must be able to lift 100 pounds Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, read and write Must be able to work in all warehouse environments May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by supervision Qualifications High school diploma or GED and a mechanical certificate Previous experience in maintenance Can be certified to drive a lift and pallet jack Excellent communication skills Ability to interact well with Supervisors and co-workers Good organizational skills Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
