What You'll Do

• Apply the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care in the operating room setting
• Assist with and monitor surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless perioperative care
• Maintain sterile techniques and follow strict infection control protocols
• Document patient information accurately and in compliance with hospital standards
• Provide patient education and support pre- and post-operative needs
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety, and quality standards

What You Need

• Current RN license in practicing state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• OR nursing experience or relevant perioperative skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (heavy work with lifting, pushing, pulling)
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Additional certifications in perioperative nursing or specialty areas
