Description Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruiter Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit. Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Reviews packets with new hires, sets Gaming appointments, and follows up on status with management. Processes new hires. Assists employees with career advancement Conducts and organizes new hire orientation as needed. Background Investigator Responsibilities Conduct background and resort permit licensing investigation on all non‑licensed employee applicants. Prepare written reports regarding resort permit licensing and permit denials. Completes investigative reports. Utilizes criminal investigation sources to access information on individuals. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Requirements 2+ years Recruiting/HR experience. High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Previous HR casino and hospitality experience a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and/or related area, or equivalent work experience, and/or PHR or SPRH Certification a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Interviewing, report writing, and investigative skills required. Attention to Detail and handling sensitive information professionally and with accuracy.
