\n Pilgrim’s wants  YOU to join our team as a  Live Receiving Team Member on our Night Shift ! This position starts at $23.21/hour + $1.50/hour Shift Differential! Benefits include: \n

\n POSITION SUMMARY: The Live Receiving Worker will rotate within the department. Rotation could include live hanging, crates, forklift driver, and backup to the finishing machine.\n

\n  \n

\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n

\n
• Places the legs of live chickens into shackles at a rate required to meet the line speed established by company standards.
\n
• Insert drawers at required speeds.
\n
• Load and unload crates off shuttle trucks
\n
• Keeps loose chickens picked up off floor.
\n
• Reports any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to Leadership immediately.
\n
• Performs other duties as assigned.
\n

• Ability to stand and use hands for up to 8 to 10 hour shifts.
\n
• Ability to apply common sense and comprehend basic instructions.

• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

• Ability to work in a changing environment.

• Must be observant and highly responsive.
\n
• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
\n
• Ability to operate a forklift preferred.
