Licensed Insurance Agent Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $20-25/hr based on skills and experience

Licensed Insurance Agent Job Description:

• Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close deals.
• Grow client base through phone prospecting, referrals, and networking with key external contacts.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues or escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, even from initial cold outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.

Licensed Insurance Agent Job Requirements:

• Must possess an active license in Property and Casualty in Virginia
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and servicing required; experience in an independent agency is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
