About Our Client

Our client is a fast growing site network that currently has over 30 sites and constantly expanding! They focus on diversity in their trials including therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. Their sites conduct studies spanning Phases I-IV and they've been awarded for excellence in recruitment and recognized in the industry for retention, a best-in-class experience for patients and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the the research trial process with CRCs, Site Managers, and PIs
• Assists in educating patients about the nature of the trials and the benefits and risks of participating
• Determine protocol-related needs to conduct the trial and order supplies and equipment
• Recruits and screens potential patients and obtains informed consent
• Completed source documents and forms to facilitate accurate data collection and record keeping
• Conducts in-service programs and summarizes study schedules to assist in understanding and implementing a protocol
• Schedules patient visits and laboratory and diagnostic test procedures
• Assists with investigational product shipments, storage, and accountability
• Review trends, problems encountered, patient adverse events, and patient progress
• Perform other clinical skills as required by the trial protocol, including vital signs, ECGs and blood glucose testing

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a medical setting, working with patients.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred
• Familiar with using electronic platforms for medical data
