Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficient in assessing, monitoring, and caring for critically ill patients
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work calmly under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments according to physician orders
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, using critical thinking to guide interventions
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support best practices in patient care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
