Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to assist with customer communication, service requests, research, and ongoing support needs. This role is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable helping customers navigate information, options, and service details.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and service requirements
Research information and available options based on individual customer needs
Assist customers with routine requests, updates, and service-related questions
Provide clear and accurate information about available services and options
Follow up with customers when additional information or action is needed
Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as appropriate
Assist with routine changes, special requests, and service concerns
Research available solutions when customers experience routine issues
Maintain accurate and organized customer records
Provide confirmations, updates, and other important service information
Track outstanding requests and follow-up needs
Maintain professional and responsive communication throughout the customer experience
Support customer satisfaction through reliable service and follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Professional, patient, and solution-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
Strong research and information-gathering abilities
Comfortable working with online systems and digital communication tools
Comfortable learning new tools and processes
Ability to work independently
Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, administration, coordination, or a related field is helpful but not required
