Full-Time Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our store and support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives. What You'll Do Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals. Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team. Create buzz and customer engagement through promoting new products and using social media platforms. Provide leadership in running an operationally sound business. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback. Run sales reports and use data to guide sales strategy. Merchandise the store in a compelling way and launch promos on time. Develop a high-performing and customer-focused team. What You'll Need At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience. Leadership skills, including communication, recruiting, operations, and team development. Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
