Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Katy, TX (Near I-10 & Grand Parkway/99) $18-$22/hr. DOE Temporary Assignment (6-8 Weeks+ Potential Extension) Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Our client is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and administrative support during a leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and interacting with employees, executives, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer/rout incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, filing, scanning, and correspondence
- Assist with expense reporting, travel documentation, and data entry
- Coordinate office supplies, mail, shipping, and conference room setup
- Support company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communications
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a professional office environment
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with expense management systems such as Concur is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
